MINNIE AND MONA PLAY DEAD is a new award-winning contemporary performance piece from Perth based artists The Duck House and written by Jeffrey Jay Fowler. The piece had its premiere season in Perth in February as part of The Blue Room Theatre and Fringe World Festivals Summer Nights program.

Minnie and Mona are best friends who are destined to end up apart. Minnie wants to play cheeky unicorns. Mona wants to be dead. Real dead. Forever. This show is about suicide. Actually, it’s about much more than that. It’s quite deep, really. But, it’s very funny. Oh, and it’s fierce. We’ve been told that it is deep, funny and fierce by people who would never lie to us.
